It's been a while since I posted but I came across this article and wanted to pass it on to y'all. This is an article from the Raleigh News and Observer website and it's a great reference tool for knowing what you should spend on groceries. When you start off with trying to save money and Couponing, it's sometimes hard to know what is actually a good deal, especially if you are young like me and are still learning how to grocery shop well!
